BE ALL IN. Whatever it is you are setting out in achieving be all in. Fully committed.
Weightloss especially. It's not just the physical actions you take but the mental ones you make. It's as much about eating the healthy meals as it is avoiding them..
So make sure your heads in the game. You can't out train a bad diet. It's about staying focused and committed to that end goal. Not turning to comfort eating when things get in top.
If things have got on top and got to you. Don't let them then stop you from getting to that personal goal of yours.

I didn't want to miss out on all the fun she was going to have. I certainly wanted to take home the bragging rights on her first sports day too.
Like I said if you don't want to do it for you then do it for them.

All things in balance, one meal one bad workout will not ruin your progress. Equally one good meal or one good workout will not progress it enough.
Balance your lifestyle, creat achievable daily goals. Tick the small boxes everyday and this will add up to the big result you want.
That well used saying "you can't out train a bad diet" is very true. It's alot easier to eat 1200 calories than burn them. Trust me I know 😂.
