I’m really excited to be sharing my new timetable launching this June.
Due to increased demand, I’ve added three classes to increase availability - but as always, spaces are limited to keep sessions small and supportive.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is a great time to book your space.

Back home from Marrakesh, unpacked, and back in the studio, feeling very grateful.

Over the past year, Pilates-Port has grown in ways I honestly couldn’t have imagined. I’ve met so many wonderful people, had opportunities I never expected, and built such a lovely community both in and outside of the studio.

This retreat gave me the chance to slow down for a few days and really reflect on just how thankful I am - for my clients, my family, the friendships I’ve made, the support I’ve been shown, and the opportunity to do something I genuinely love every day.

I never take any of it for granted.

Thank you to every single person who has supported Pilates-Port, attended a class, recommended me to a friend, trusted me with their health and wellbeing, or simply cheered me on along the way. It truly means more than you possibly realise.

I'm feeling very lucky, grounded, and excited for everything still to come.

What a fabulous way to spend a birthday.

Yesterday started with Pilates, followed by the “Marrakesh 2026 Challenge” - which definitely pushed a few of us out of our comfort zones.

This involved a balance formation, with me at the bottom, holding one of the lovely ladies up on my feet! The really impressive part, though, the combined age of the five of us taking part was 314 years. Proof that movement, strength and confidence really can continue at any age.

After that, we spent some time relaxing by the pool before heading into the beautiful Medina to explore the sights, do a little shopping and enjoy a lovely meal out with everyone from the retreat.

A few local treats may also have found their way home with me.

The perfect ending to the day was sitting outside our accommodation with my Mum, enjoying a quiet drink and soaking up the warm evening air.

Feeling very grateful for this experience, the lovely people around us, and all the memories being made here in Marrakesh.

Another beautiful day here in Marrakesh.

Today’s sessions included a wonderful Pilates class exploring different ways to work with therabands, followed this evening by a lovely Qigong session for health and wellbeing with our lovely yoga teacher.

There’s something so special about doing these kinds of classes in such a peaceful environment - birds singing in the background, gentle music playing, sunshine, fresh air and the chance to properly slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Alongside the movement, there’s also been plenty of relaxation, rest and even a fabulous massage today… and I’m honestly realising how much our bodies and minds benefit from simply having the time and space to breathe.

I can’t wait to bring some of these ideas and this calm energy back home to share with my clients over the coming weeks.

One thing this retreat has reminded me of is how important it is to slow down sometimes.

So many of us spend our lives rushing from one thing to the next, constantly busy, stressed and running on empty - and we often don’t realise how much tension and exhaustion our bodies are holding onto until we finally stop.

Over the past few days in Marrakesh, alongside the Pilates and yoga, there’s been sunshine, walking, stretching, good food, laughter, rest and lots of deep breathing.

It’s been such a lovely reminder that movement doesn’t always need to be intense to be beneficial. Sometimes the biggest changes come from simply giving our bodies and minds the chance to reset.

I can’t wait to bring some of this calm energy back into the studio with me.

Alongside all the Pilates, yoga and lovely time spent with the other guests in Marrakesh, Mum and I also took part in a Moroccan cookery lesson yesterday.

Slightly nerve-wracking knowing we were helping cook dinner for everyone at the resort, but such a brilliant experience and so much fun. The food, the flavours and the whole atmosphere were just incredible.

Feeling very grateful for this experience and all the lovely memories we’re making along the way

Just a little snapshot from our retreat here in Marrakesh.

What an absolutely amazing place this is - beautiful surroundings, peaceful spaces, and the perfect setting to slow down, move, breathe and recharge.

I can’t wait to share everything I’ve learned over the past few days with you all over the coming weeks.
