Big welcome to Helen joining the LFTD team 🤩🖤
From the first conversation, we knew she’d be a perfect fit for what we’re building here. Energy, professionalism, work ethic and someone who genuinely cares about helping people improve. All the values that matter massively to us at LFTD.
Helen’s background in both sport and the military brings a huge amount of experience, discipline and resilience to the team, and we know our members are going to benefit massively from it.
Whether it’s pushing people to achieve more, her unique approach to coaching , building confidence or creating an environment where everyone feels supported, she’s going to be a massive addition to the community.
Helen officially starts with us on Monday 1st June and we can’t wait for everyone to meet her and experience what she’ll bring to LFTD 👊🖤
