Last session and the end of a chapter 🥲

Seems that i was the last session at UF (for now) I decided to have a bit of fun with my session and purely just do what feels good / enjoy.

Considering I’ve been there a year there was still kit there that I hadn’t tried 🤣

And of course me and had to finish it off with our mandatories post workout shots together 😎🫱🏾‍🫲🏼💜

When one door closes another opens. The only way is up 📈

🔦 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🔦

We’ve been working together for around 4 and a half months now, and in that time Brandon has dropped 13kg (28.6lbs).

It definitely hasn’t been plain sailing either. Busy work hours, life stress and personal things going on could have easily knocked him off track, but credit to him, he kept showing up and getting the job done.

The physical changes are there for everyone to see, but one thing I always pay attention to is how someone develops mentally throughout the process.

Brandon is in a much better place now than when we started. He’s better at dealing with stressful situations, more positive towards himself and doesn’t let a bad day turn into a bad week anymore.

The goal wasn’t to get on stage, do a photoshoot or chase a specific end result. It was simply to see how far he could push himself and what he was capable of.

I’d say he’s definitely ticked that box.

A few more weeks left to finish this dieting phase off properly before we start the process of adding some quality size to his frame 🔥

Looking forward to seeing what we can achieve over the coming months 📈

a quality weekend with .angell cai.angell 🎯

Plenty of training, posing, check-ins and making sure we’re all heading in the right direction before prep starts ramping up.

Cai and his partner lily made the trip up from Wales to spend a few days with me and Paige, and we packed a lot into the weekend🤌🏾

Training, posing practice, in-person check-ins and some quality time catching up while making sure everything is set up for a strong season ahead.

One of the things I enjoy most about coaching is getting to work with clients face-to-face. Being able to train together, assess things without a screen and make adjustments in real time adds a completely different level to the process.

We even squeezed in a game of crazy golf for some downtime… although I think some people took that just as seriously as prep 🤣

Cai and lily are both on prep for their first competitive season, and the commitment they’re both showing already has me excited for what’s ahead.

Massive respect to both of them for making the journey up and throwing themselves into the weekend 🙏🏾

Now it’s time to keep ticking boxes and building momentum.

13 weeks. Let’s have it. 💪🔥

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT FOR 🔦

5 months.
89.9kg ➡️ 101kg.

And this isn’t just “putting weight on”.

This is quality tissue in the areas we specifically wanted to bring up.

lats, chest and arms, and I think it’s fair to say we absolutely nailed the brief 🤝🏼

What makes this even better is knowing where Jakub started.

He originally came to me as a 120kg+, 6ft+ 17-year-old powerlifter who genuinely believed he’d never have abs.

We proved that wrong a long time ago.

Then it became:
“I don’t think my arms will ever grow.”

Wrong again 😎

And the thing a lot of people won’t see from the outside is that Jakub doesn’t exactly have the “perfect bodybuilding lifestyle” either.

Constant night shifts.
Poor sleep from shift patterns.
Family responsibilities.
Real life stress.

Some days he’s in the gym the minute the doors open just to get the session done before work.
Other days he’s the last one leaving before close.

No excuses.
No feeling sorry for himself.
Just years of consistency and buying into the process.

This is proof that your environment doesn’t have to be perfect for you to achieve something great.

If you truly want it badly enough, you’ll find a way.

Roughly 7 weeks into prep here for .angell and we couldn’t be in a better position 🤌🏾

Cai was in a good spot when he came to me, meaning we had time to push up before initially starting prep.

As soon as we decided to transition into prep his body responded perfectly, resulting in us running a high day (swipe to see the next days post WO shots) + another high day yesterday for his birthday which still servers a purpose towards the end goal… being fu***ng peeled.

Cai is aware that having an off plan for your birthday isn’t a normal occurrence🤣 but when you’re ahead like this and don’t miss a beat, with the amount of time we have left and where we’re at… we could afford to do it while utilising it as a way to collect data 📊

More work to do 🎯

Client spotlight for 🔦

13.8kg down in 13 weeks and coming towards the end of this diet phase 👏🏼

This phase hasn’t been plain sailing either. Life has thrown a few things his way over the last few months, but instead of using it as an excuse to fall off, he’s continued to show up, stay disciplined and keep pushing forward. That’s what this process is really about.

The physical changes speak for themselves, but the biggest thing for me has been seeing the mental growth and confidence that’s come with it too. Better habits, better mindset, more structure and proving to himself that he’s capable of far more than he probably realised at the start.

Proud of the dedication he’s shown throughout this whole phase and we’re not done yet 👊🏼

Great catching up with a few of the team in person this week 👊

As much as we can track progress through check-ins, photos and videos, nothing beats seeing clients in person💯
Being able to assess physiques in person, watch people train, pick up on the small details and have proper conversations face to face always adds another level to the coaching process.

Everyone is absolutely smashing it at the minute and it’s class to see the hard work paying off 🔥

Really excited for what’s ahead this year too, especially with and both stepping into their first competitive season together📈
Going through the process as a couple is going to make the journey even more special! Me and are buzzing to be a part of it🤘🏾

Genuinely love what I do. Seeing people push themselves, grow in confidence and achieve things they never thought they could? No feeling like it 👏
