Looking to expand my online coaching.
Can’t take on to much as I’m crazy busy with my 1-1’s
Which I will never step away from as being on the gym floor teaching and training people in person is what I love to do.
Tip I will give people before starting online coaching with anyone is get gym experience before hand.
Ask yourself, am I doing these things correctly?
Learn how to lift correctly, learn and understand the different training methods. There is so much more than just reading a programme and doing 10-12 reps of everything.
-Tempo
-Drop sets
-Time under tension
-Cluster sets
-Rest pause
These are just few different training methods you can add to sets and which I do with my 1-1’s.
The amount of people I see who have online coaching yet still have no clue what they are doing in the gym is madness.
They say the day of in person 1-1 personal trainers is dying out, I disagree. Maybe that’s why most people don’t know what they are doing because nobody wants to teach it anymore 🤫🤷♂️
