Progress isn’t always about fat loss 👏

3 months ago, My client Garry started step-ups on a 6-inch box and was really wobbly, lacking balance and coordination.

Now he’s confidently smashing 18-inch step-ups with a dumbbell and zero wobbles.

That’s a huge improvement in balance, stability, coordination, strength, and confidence.

The scale only tells one story.
Better movement, better control, and more confidence in your body is REAL progress 💪

Feeling bloated, tired, low on energy or motivation? That’s normal! Not a failure!

The festive season naturally throws off our routines, and our bodies respond to that. The important thing to remember is you’re not alone!! Everyone is feeling the same from various conversations I've had lately! So there’s no need for guilt or extreme “reset” behaviour.

Now is the perfect time to ease back into structure:
✔️ Consistent movement
✔️ Nourishing meals
✔️ Quality sleep
✔️ Sustainable habits

Healthy progress is built through small, repeatable actions ! Not all-or-nothing thinking.
Let’s focus on getting back into routine and building habits that actually last 💪

My first year as a personal trainer/ fitness coach & what can I say! It's been a whirlwind but I've thoroughly enjoyed every part of it!

I'm so so proud of team Onyx Fitness 💚🖤 I feel blessed to be a part of each and every one of your fitness journeys! And the friendships that have come from it! 🥰

I'm so happy I took the plunge and applied for the fitness coach position this year at 🩵 It's definitely shown me how much I'm capable of and definitely added to my personal growth 💪🏻 & I've met some amazing people through it 🫶🏻
