🚨TWEEDDALE ROVERS AGM🚨

Tweeddale Rovers will be holding their AGM this coming Monday, June 8.

Anyone interested in helping the club by joining the committee is encouraged to come along.

🏆 Lewis Swan - Has played every single second of our season and that doesn’t guarantee you an award, but doing so with such consistency does. After a few seasons of playing different positions, now our go-to man at centre-back. Dominates in the air and a very good defender on the ground too, in 1v1 situations and with recovery pace in behind. Our captain leads by example 💪

🏆 Luke MacLean - 34 goals tells a story, but not the full one. After returning to the club last summer, Luke started the season on fire and has kept that going throughout. Initially playing as a central striker he did the lot, taking it to feet and linking as well as stretching things in behind. Latterly played wide and terrorised full-backs with his pace and having an end product. Matched all that with a work rate and determination to do well for the team, so deservedly recognised by his teammates 👏

🏆 Ross Meikle - Has won a few POTY awards himself over his 20+ years which again tells its own story. Remains one of the first names on the team sheet for reliability, leadership and selflessness in the middle of the pitch… one more year?

Injuries and player unavailability have taken their toll over the past few weeks...

But a more than productive first season back up in the A Division, securing second several weeks ago, winning the Forsyth Cup and reaching the final of the South Cup.
