I’m sweet 16! Well… I’m not (thank the heavens), the business is. Sixteen years of doing work that sparks such energy in me, sets my heart thumping, my brain buzzing, that deep “yep, this is your jam” feeling. You know the one?

Time moves fast and life’s far too short to spend it doing something that drains you — I’m beyond grateful that I get to do work I genuinely love.

It’s a privilege, a joy and yes… a whole lot of graft. Here’s to the next chapter: more growth, more impact, more brilliant humans to work with.

If you’ve been part of the journey in any way — thank you. Truly.

I’ve been lucky enough to have been nominated for Small Business of the Year (which feels a bit surreal for a one‑woman band like me!). Part of the submission needs short, signed statements from people who’ve been in my sessions and felt a shift (big or small, immediately or later, the “bloody hell, that actually worked” moment).

Extremely proud to share that I’ve been nominated for a West Country Women in Business award in the The Small Business of the Year category.

My nomination states “She is an amazing trainer and one of the most intuitive and observant people I know. Lenny’s training is always great fun and she puts even the most reluctant people at complete ease. Lenny has the ability to not only train people with new skills but to make them incredibly reflective whilst positively changing their behaviour without them even realising that she is doing it! What an amazing skill to have.! Every time I have undertaken training with Lenny or arranged for my teams to have training there is universally positive feedback. She deserves recognition as a small business with substantial impact across the South West and beyond.”

What a week & it’s only Thursday! After a day at Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly on Tuesday, followed by a wonderfully energising day with Riverford Organic Farmers finishing off their Being a Riverford Leader program yesterday (during which I cracked a tooth & lost a filling! 🙄), I receive this feedback from a coaching client this morning - “I have lots of news, you are going to be amazed at my progress. I have done the book twice and I have transformed. My family have noticed my language change and I feel happy. I have only gone and landed a job too. First interview and I nailed it! OMFG.”
(The book is Mel Robbins “Let them” btw)

And today, customer excellence training with Torbay Council. As aforementioned, what a week! 😊

I love my job.

Lovely wrap up to our navigating change program with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly today. So, here’s a thing, LB Training is officially 5 years old today! My post COVID iteration is still going strong & I couldn’t be prouder 😊 many more years & exciting memories to come I’m sure.

Fab few days with The Rotolok Group at the Tiverton hotel earlier this week. First 2 days of thier leadership development 4 day program. Super engaged group, keen to learn & very open & honest, it really is a pleasure working with them. Looking forward to a follow up session in March. For today though, off to Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly for a second day of change management with the awesome Ole Dodwell MCIPD 奥利多, what a wonderful way to spend a Friday!

A fabulous day Navigating Change at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, even more fabulous to be co-delivering with the super talented Ole Dodwell, ace to have the band back together! Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow… 😊
