What does your perfect breakfast look like?

I myself like a big breakfast and very often I just have dinner for brekky. I also like cooking in the morning and have this proper dining experience. I sit down and eat slowly, knowing this is my last peaceful moment of the day.

What is your perfect way of eating breakfast?
Do you count macros or calories?
Maybe you have a food journal?
Do you just eat intuitively?
Or maybe you skip breakfast entirely?

Hey Beautiful People!

I hope you had an Amazing Bank Holiday Weekend and you got to recover from the day to day hastle with your loved once 😊

Today I would like to encourage you to try new things. Wether it is new style of training or training at all; new outdoor activity or maybe new recipe. Treat yourself to the excitement of the unknown 😊

Few months ago I was encourage by my close friends to try sport climbing. It was very much something out of my comfort zone and I was a complete newbie. Guess what? I loved it.
The process of learning new skills is such an exciting experience! The trick is, you can only access it, if you let yourself be the learner and get out of the comfort of the 'known'.
Welcome beginners mistakes as the thrilling part of the journey and adopt the mindset where every single one of them gets you closer to master whatever is that you are learning. No embarrassment, no judgement, just pure fun! 😎

Yesterday's training with my beautiful Mum. She is very keen and capable yogi, wanting to implement some weightlifting in to her weekly routine.
I showed her 3 upper body and 3 lower body exercises, she will be performing with 3-5kg dumbbells she has available at home.
I am very very proud of her for stepping out of her comfort zone and trying something new 😊πŸ’ͺ🏻❀
