Golden Thread Qigong

Golden Thread Qigong Practicing qigong every day saved my professional gardening career. I was suffering from so much upper body pain, shoulders, elbows, wrists and upper back.

Nothing else worked and I tried so many therapies. Qigong is the way to better health and wellbeing

A blast from the past. During the pandemic whenever we were allowed to meet outdoors with 6 people, I taught small groups in their village green spaces. This was Warmington pocket park, a beautiful space. The video shows 'back swinging monkey'.

I finally have a website that the public can access. It was trapped in google sites for nearly 2 years and I tried many times to sort this out. It took about 4 hours with assistance from Gemini AI. The site is very basic and may look old fashioned to some but I didn't think a complex site was needed. Classes are listed and there's a contact form too. This photo shows the next move in the form, 'pushing waves' where students can visualise standing in the sea helping little waves make their way to shore. Moving onto the back foot we feel as if our hands are floating on the water then as we move our weight onto the front foot we help the waves travel to shore, feeling the resistance of the water against our hands. You can see the inner smile has broken out, everyone is happy.

Did you know that visualisation is a key component of qigong? This move is called 'scooping from the sea'. Students imagine they are standing in a beautiful, blue, warm sea, they scoop the water and draw the arms upward, return to standing and imagine pouring the sea water over their heads, so beautiful.
