🥣 Homemade Granola
45g portion = approx. 227 calories

🥣 Eat Natural Low Sugar Granola
45g portion = approx. 248 calories

Milk choices (150ml):
• Unsweetened almond milk = ~20 calories
• Semi-skimmed milk = ~70 calories
• Oat milk = ~65 calories

Add yoghurt, berries or fruit for extra protein, fibre and balance ✨

Health doesn’t have to be extreme or perfect — just considered and consistent!

This could be prioritising 20 minutes of intentional daily movement and being thoughtful about alcohol consumption without rigid rules. If you need a target make it flexible… make it a between X and Y. This will help motivation and longevity of a goal!
