Taking your very first steps into acro, or looking to develop more advanced skills? We have a class to suit you.

From adult classes for all levels and a wide variety of acro styles, to handstands, family acro and youth acro. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, helping you learn safely, build confidence, and have fun whilst getting fit 💪

Our welcoming classes focus on safety, technique, progression and, above all - fun!

Throwback to our Funk as Puck gig! 🤘

Almost a year ago we were performing as punks in Sheffield! We spent the pre-show stilt walking around the venue, meeting people and drawing in the crowds before taking to the stage to perform our acro act across two different venues.

We love jobs where we get to interact with people just as much as perform. Thanks to everyone who stopped to watch, cheer us on and make it such a fun day! ♥️

A special shoutout to our fellow performers for another fantastic Quirkus Circus show, and to Emily Rose Greenwood for organising such brilliant shows & events ✨

Acro Nottingham Showcase 2026 Performance 👯

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Acro Day and stayed to watch the showcase afterwards ❤️

Congratulations to all the performers who took to the stage — it was such a lovely evening celebrating the talent, creativity, and hard work in our community.

This isn’t everyone. In fact, it’s not even half of our community 😅

But we managed to gather some of the wonderful humans that make up Acro Nottingham at the Nottingham Acro Convention 2026 ❤️

NAC was inspired by our community. We wanted to create an event where our students could meet and train with people from other communities, whilst still being surrounded by the familiar faces they’ve trained, laughed and grown with week after week.

Seeing so many of our community expand their acro knowledge, learn alongside people from other cities and countries, and support those who travelled to our hometown for NAC was pretty special 🥰

Since NAC26, we’ve grown even more! We’re so excited to see both familiar and new faces at NAC27 💥

We may work every second we’re breathing… but honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. We love this community and it makes it all worth it.

Just some of the moments captured…

From complete newbies trying their very first acro skills, to experienced acro-ers throwing themselves into new challenges ✨

Everyone cheering each other on throughout the day — the atmosphere was just magic. One of our favourite things about these events is seeing people realise they’re capable of more than they thought 💥

Thank you to every single person who came, trusted us, and supported the event 🫶

A special thanks and well done to our students who performed in the evening (separate post celebrating them coming soon!) ✨

We’re feeling very lucky to have such a supportive, welcoming acro community here in Notts ❤️

We’ll refine your L-base technique, build the strength & control needed - and guide you towards standing if you’re ready.

Whether you want to:
✔️Clean up your L-base F2H
✔️Start progressing towards standing F2H
✔️Refine standing technique & learn entrances/exits
