In light of the recent changes to teaching and the prospect of many students returning home after this week, we will now be discontinuing C25K for this semester.

***C25K second semester***

If you haven't already heard, we are back this January the 29th - why not come along and get a running start with your new year's resolutions 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Starting from 1:30pm at David Ross Sports Village reception, every Wednesday until the end of term.

Important note: we need an idea of numbers to know whether this term's programme is feasible, so please message the University of Nottingham Athletics Club on facebook, or uon_athletics on instagram if you are interested and haven't already messaged!

WE ARE BACK! Kickstart your year by completing the couch to 5k! Suitable for complete beginners. You only need to commit to running once a week!!! Every Wednesday at DRSV! This year we are encouraging everyone to pre-register so we can get a hold on numbers so if you are interested please message the page as soon as possible!!

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

Unfortunately, due to severe lack of interest, we are unable to continue the Couch to 5K programme for this semester. We will instead restart the programme next semester (in January 2020) in the hope that we will have better uptake.

Well done to our staff and student finishers who made the journey out to Beeston and took on parkrun today! The progress made over the past few months has been truly staggering and it's been wonderful to work with you all. All finishers, even those who couldn't make parkrun, are more than welcome to join UoN Athletics Club as distance runners, and the staff runners will continue on meeting on Thursday evenings as Staffletics. Congratulations to everyone!
