The NTU Pole Dancing Club is a well-established and popular sports club for students of all ages, shapes, sizes and experience. Whether you are totally new to the sport or looking to continue pole at uni, it is a fun and impressive way of keeping active. The sport of Polefit concentrates on developing your core strength, flexibility and balance. Most people who join NTU Pole Dancing won’t have had

previous experience in the sport; however it is never too late to start! We have a brilliant and fully qualified instructor who is always on hand to support and is determined to help us be the best we can.
