LBB was created in 2014 with a passion to bring classical ballet to a wider audience and is all about exploring the dancer in you, whilst enjoying the many beneficial factors that movement brings which is supported by improved body conditioning through classical ballet technique and exercises. Using classical ballet as a core technical structure, Lady Bay Ballets-adult ballet classes can also help improve your joint flexibility, core strength, muscle tone, posture, stamina and confidence. Ballet teacher:- Mrs Cave began her professional training at eleven years old at White Lodge-The Royal Ballet School were she successfully graduated after five years training.
