At Elevated Pilates, the Tower is one of our secret weapons for building serious strength, control and confidence. With its spring-loaded bars, roll-downs and resistance straps, it gives you a full-body workout that’s both supportive and deeply challenging — helping you move better, feel stronger and stand taller.
You can experience it in our Full Body Tower classes every🗓 Thursday at 8.30am🗓 Sunday at 10.30am…and we also weave Tower work into many of our Full Body Reformer classes, so you get the magic of the springs even when you’re not in a dedicated Tower session.
Our Pilates Tower: Intermediate Flow & Control classes are designed for those ready to take their practice to the next level.
Expect flowing, dynamic sequences that challenge your core, refine your alignment and build strength through beautifully controlled movement.
The Tower allows us to create both assistance and resistance, helping you deepen flexibility, improve balance and develop that powerful connection from your centre.Perfect if you’re confident on the Mat and/or Reformer and ready for something a little more spicy 🌶️
