Week done all yesterday for 12 hour meditation.

Next month will fly by as we head to gradings, so keep working hard and improve technique ready to shine on the day.

We all have specific things to work on, so keep supporting each other and train hard.

Fabulous Friday fling back to Navy & Black/White belts upgrading in June 2026 ready for their big grading in September. The Black/White belts started their fast today & will be completing a 12 hour meditation this Sunday in preparation for their Black Belt grading 🥋🙌🏽🙏🥰
