Great pool session today although at one point could feel my torso wobbling all over the place.
Ping - lightbulb moment - tummy and pelvic floor engaged and I was surfing through the water smoother than Michael Phelps - well I can dream but the Pilates helped !!
Maybe there's something in your training plan that could benefit from balance, strength and control ?
