๐Ÿ“ฃ We are recruiting two Rugby Minds ambassadors for the 26/27 year

Rugby Minds is a University of Nottingham initiative created by students to improve the welfare and culture within university rugby. Ambassadors help to develop the Rugby Minds campaign and deliver key campaign objectives: Mental Health, Inclusion, Culture, Womenโ€™s Rugby and Community Outreach.

๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿง  Rugby Minds Consent Workshops

Last week, and sat down to have honest conversations about the importance of consent. Players were part of three discussions that focused on topics of:

1. Understanding what sexual violence and harassment are.
2. Taking action: How to step in when something doesnโ€™t feel right, the importance of accountability and how to spot early warning signs.
3. Support and report: What services are available at the university and in our local community, how to show up for someone who shares an experience and what gets in the way of speaking out.

Rugby Minds Consent Workshops ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿง 

Last week, and sat down to have honest conversations about the importance of consent. Led by Rugby Minds ambassadors and welfare secretaries, conversations were facilitated by committee members focusing on:

1. Understanding what sexual violence and harassment are.
2. Taking action: How to step in when something doesnโ€™t feel right, the importance of accountability and how to spot early warning signs.
3. Support and report: What services are available at the university and in our local community, how to show up for someone who shares an experience and what gets in the way of speaking out.
