Drove Damaskus to SJ at Sykehouse. Tacked up, unloaded about to hop on and the front shoe that was perfectly in place an hour before, was now half off 🙄. So here is a picture of Damaskus Rosette 🏵️ from the weekend and Pumpkin puppy looking very cute in his lorry basket 🧺. Let’s drive home now then 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄

Little Downham BE 100open today. 29.5 double clear at our first run in god knows how long 🫪. We would have been 2nd but I took it steady as he isn’t as fit as I would like. We finished 5th 🥳. He was super sporty and excited 🥰. Thank you to my amazing support crew Sarah, Stacey and Meg🌟🐎

Bullying in the workplace can have a huge impact on confidence, wellbeing, and mental health, but support is available and you don’t have to face it alone.

1. Trust your instincts if something doesn’t feel right.
2. Keep a record of all incidents and conversations.
3. Speak to someone supportive — you don’t have to deal with it alone.

Two ex racehorses joined me this morning Percy (No Time To Pass) brought his mummy Stacey and Louie (Union Alley) brought his, Mel. Damaskus came along as teaching assistant.
