The Ireland Masterclass is happening on Tuesday 30th June at Sean MacDermott Street Pool. A half-day of focused pool coaching with Adam Walker, covering the full 5-stage Ocean Walker Technique from the ground up.

Your stroke is filmed during the session and sent to you afterwards so you can keep working on it long after the day is done.

Morning session is sold out. The afternoon session (1:30pm to 5:30pm) still has spaces. If you have been sitting on the fence or on the waiting list, now is the time!

Bring your dog down to Crystal Lake tomorrow for an afternoon splash they will never forget. Whether they鈥檙e a natural in the water or just finding their fins, this one鈥檚 all about fun, freedom, and a whole lot of wet fur.

Glide across the water and let the calm take over. Our paddlesports sessions run every Thursday and Saturday (outside of full day events bookings) at Crystal Lake, set against the open Lincolnshire countryside.

Whether you are finding your balance for the first time or already at home on the board, there is space for everyone on the water.

Session days may shift when events are on, so keep an eye out for updates before you head down.

1. The cooler water has a positive effect both physically and mentally. Creating a natural high leaving you set up for a great day and week ahead.

2. No walls or barriers, the feeling of freedom being close to nature has an incredible positive effect on your well being.

3. It鈥檚 a brilliant life skill, if you ever accidentally fell into a lake or river, you will be calmer having experienced open water in a positive way.

4. A great fitness as it鈥檚 a total body workout and as the water temperature is often cooler than a swimming pool the body works harder resulting in cardio vascular benefits and weight loss.

5. A cost effective, social activity to meet friends and to enjoy with all the family

Attending an Ocean Walker Taster with record breaking Ocean Swimmer Adam Ocean Walker will teach you everything you need, from swim safely, equipment required, how to enter and exit the water and much more!!!

Open water swimming should always be carried out in a controlled safe environment with a lifeguard/safety team on duty.

Close your eyes and imagine this is where you are right now.

60 minutes of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and other relaxing tools, their vibrations washing over you, quieting the mind and easing every bit of tension from the body. Nothing to do. Nowhere to be. Just sound.

Then 30 minutes to come back slowly, reflect, and enjoy a herbal tea before the real world calls you back.

Something a little different on a Friday evening.

Harmonic Healing is a 90-minute session hosted by here at Ocean Walker Academy, combining two powerful practices into one deeply restorative experience. Reiki energy healing works to clear blockages and restore your body鈥檚 natural balance, while Crystal Singing Bowls wash resonant frequencies over you, guiding you into a state of total stillness.

60 minutes of healing. Then 30 minutes to slowly come back to yourself, enjoy refreshments, and return to earth before you head home.

No experience needed. Just bring a mat or blanket, wear something comfortable, and give yourself the evening.
