Liz went along to Divealot Scuba training facility at Cranleigh RAF pool yesterday to test out her new underwater camera housing. The camera will be used in conjunction with an Insta360 video camera for swim analysis with clients.

If you fancy trying scuba diving, Divealot Scuba is a PADI five star 🌟 rated business with excellent instructors and equipment. Cranleigh pool is 3.8m deep so excellent for training.

All our outside lights are solar powered and the Swimspa is heated with an air source heat pump. Caring for our environment is one of our top priorities!

We have lots of child-and adult- friendly toys and sensory equipment to play with to increase confidence and have fun whilst in the swim spa, including aqua-jogging equipment, rowing resistance, led floating balls, fishing games, floats and fins. 🌞

Hi everyone! Liz, STA swim teacher here! I started Waves 121 swim school because I am passionate about swimming, believing that it is an essential life skill and allows you to connect with your body in a unique way.

I moved to Bardney in 2020, having lived in Grimoldby for 16 years. At the time, I was a competitive para-athlete representing GBR at world championships and would train on my hand bike and racing wheelchair out on the roads around Louth.

I now work in primary schools for Amazing Athletes (formerly Sports For Schools) promoting physical literacy, giving motivational talks and helping children fund raise for sports equipment for their school.

Here's the video I show in my assembly-although this shows lots of accolades, my talk is about failing on the biggest stage, and then getting back up to try again. The values of the Paralympics are determination, equality, inspiration and courage. I hope you can enjoy watching the upcoming games!

Book six 121 lessons at @£21 per lesson, get one 30 minute leisure swim for free!
