Well done to all the All Stars who attended today especially in the heat!

To start with the all stars had a game of spider man tig, then went off into 2 groups.

In coach Emily’s group we had a game of rumble to work on tackling. After rumble we moved onto get out of jail to practice shooting. This group did extremely well on get out of jail especially some of our newer all stars! Due to the weather coach Aimee decided to do a football quiz whilst we had a drinks break, which they loved.
Trainer of the week went to Hugo, he worked really hard tonight, made some good tackles and some great goals. Well done Hugo!⚽️

In coach Warwick’s group they started with some passing drills, focusing on passing accurately and controlling the ball correctly using the inside of the foot. Next, we moved onto dribbling exercises, which we turned into a competition with a partner and using obstacles. Finally they used the skills we just learnt and applied them in a match.
Trainer of the week went to Louie, who has showed true dedication in the match and scoring several goals. Well done Louie!⚽️

What a day for the all stars at the wragby community day!

First we had the Alan Todd memorial match between the parents. Of course all the all star coaches was in the winning team😉

It was an amazing event and everyone at wragby did an amazing job organising such a successful day and event. All the kids had a great time around the whole thing not just the football but joining in with activities with the reload centre, and loving the fire engines.

Within the football it was great to see so much talent on show between all of the age groups, showing how good of a football club Wragby is.

On a personal note from coach Harry and coach Emily we want to thank you everyone for all the gifts, and just want to say how proud of you we are, this last year you’ve done amazing, the improvement is massive and the growth of all stars is fantastic.

Wragby All stars

The all stars also hosted Skegness town today.

This is by far the best I’ve seen the all stars at this age, the intent from the start was clear to see. It’s great to see all the hard work that gets put into training getting transitioned onto the pitch.

The all stars worked hard all game, winning the ball back quickly, keeping possession with some great passes, some amazing solo runs, and some of the goals today was insane.

Player of the match went to Leo, his first game in a Wragby shirt and what a game it was. His solo runs was fantastic, he worked hard to get on the ball, and he took his goals smartly.

Parents player of the match went to Rio, his overall game play today was brilliant, he played some smart passes, chased back to win the ball, and had some fine finishes also.

Well done to every single all star today you was fantastic 🖤🤍⭐

Wragby All Stars vs Ruskington.

Today we hosted our good friends Ruskington Lions Junior Football Club in what turned out to be another great game for the neutral.

The game was really even from the start, and it was great for both sets of coaches to see different kids getting more game time.

Both sets of coaches and parents should be really proud of the kids today, they all played the game in a great manner, working hard, great tackles, amazing passing, and some good goals scored from both teams.

Well done to both teams.

Player of the match went to Fraser, Fraser has been at all stars for a while but this is the most we’ve been impressed with him, working really hard, staying in position well, and helping the team out.

Players player of the match went to Seb Pa, he controlled the possession for the team when we had the ball, got himself into some great positions and caused a massive threat on the ball.

Group 3 trainer of the week went to Arthur!

Today’s session was only Arthur’s second session, already Arthur has made himself comfortable within the all stars, and impressed the coaches, he stood out today with his leadership skills, and talent on the ball, he looked very good in the games and the drills too.
