An amazing day for the Ravens at the Midlands tournament! 8 medals! 3 bronze, 2 Silver, 3 gold. And each of our competitors have had the chance to be selected by reps looking for fighters to represent GB at the Internationals later in the year. Exciting times ahead!

It was great to meet the whole team at Raven Defensive Arts in Pleasley Vale at the weekend and hear more about the work they are doing 👏

🥋 They offer a wide range of classes, including sessions for tots and for those with SEND, and it’s clear they’ve built a friendly and welcoming environment for people of all ages.

🏆 It was also a pleasure to meet Fletcher, and to congratulate him on becoming a world champion — a fantastic achievement at just 15, and a real credit to his hard work and dedication.

Raven Defensive Arts is doing great work in Mansfield, and I’d encourage anyone interested to go along and give a class a try 💪

A busy week here at RDA! On Tuesday, some of our demo team led a community workshop in women's self defense skills. We had a warm welcome and great engagement from the group! If you're interested in a course in self defense, be it for men, women or children, we are all ears and are confident we can meet your needs! In these changing times, everyone should feel confident and empowered to defend themselves if they ever need to!

2 very different days for the Ravens! Whilst our team GB 🇬🇧 students were at a 5hr training course in Hinkley, other Ravens met at Carr Bank tearoom for afternoon tea and cake! 🫖🍰 A great weekend had by all!
