Marley also got fastest submission of the day 6.9 seconds with a slick rolling arm bar. 🙌🏾

International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation European Junior Championships Dublin 2026 🇮🇪

We share the wins, and we share the losses and unfortunately today didn’t go Marley’s way.

Competing against some of the best young athletes in the world, Marley faced a very tough Brazilian opponent. It was a strong, competitive match, but on the day his opponent edged it on points and fully deserved the win.

We are all super proud of you Marley for stepping out on the biggest stage to give it your all. You’ll be back better than ever next year I’m sure.

He has no injuries, no setbacks just lessons. We’ll be back in the academy tomorrow, focused and ready to keep improving for the next challenge.

A huge thank you to all the coaches and teammates who helped prepare Marley for this stage.

We just want to take a moment to show our appreciation for this amazing young man 🙌

Jordan Orchard has been putting in incredible work over the last few months 💪 Not only is he on a mission to lose weight, but he’s also been raising money for Sands Charity along the way by running 2–5km every single day 🏃‍♂️

To push himself even further outside his comfort zone, he’s now signed up for a white collar MMA fight 🥊 taking place at Mansfield Town Football Club on Saturday 28/03/2026, organised by .revolution.gym

This session we worked through DLR → Lasso → X-Guard transitions, moving to both the back and front-side finishes.

A technical session with plenty of detail, but what stood out most was the energy on the mats. 💯
Everyone pushing each other, helping each other, and creating that atmosphere we pride ourselves on at Phoenix.

That’s what makes the difference — not just learning techniques, but building a team that grows together every session. 🐦‍🔥

A great session full of high energy and incredible atmosphere with everyone helping and supporting each other.
