We’re so pleased to see it officially confirmed that one of our own, Riley Watt, is joining the NFL Academy this academic year.

Riley started with our club back in 2024 and played one tournament season in our U14 Kent Phoenix flag programme before moving up to join our u19 South East Legion kitted team.

Post surgery recovery kept him from the field last year, but his work off the pitch never stopped. He returned to the squad bigger and better and has definitely made his presence felt on our offensive line in 2026.

Riley has worked relentlessly to gain himself a place at the NFL Academy and we are all so proud of him.

Riley is the fourth player, all-time, to graduate from our club to the NFL Academy and the first since the re-establishing of the U19 squad after Covid. Go get it, Riley.

What a day! Flag football 🏈 friends 😊 burgers 🍔 ice cream 🍦 and sunshine ☀️ So many amazing highlights that we couldn’t get them all in this reel 🎥

We’re extremely proud of our U11 and U14 flag squads. Our U14’s came away in 2nd place, decided right at the very end by points difference, and our U11’s walked away with the FireBowl trophy after winning all 4 of their games 🏆🏈🐦‍🔥

Our last league game saw the U11’s first ever YFFL win and today their first ever tournament win and how lovely to do it at home and without a single defeat 4-0 🙌🏼
