As we approach the Summer Solstice (21 June) and Midsummer celebrations, nature invites us to pause, reflect and reconnect π Before the year gathers pace once again, this is the perfect opportunity to take stock of all that 2026 has brought so far, release what no longer serves you, and create space for what you want to welcome into the months ahead.
β¨ Join us for MIDSUMMER MINDFULNESS β a restorative day dedicated to your wellbeing.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of Lake House Kent wellbeing CIC, this immersive wellness workshop offers a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
Through mindfulness, movement, meditation and creativity, you'll gain clarity, renewed focus and a deeper sense of balance as you move into the second half of the year.
During this nurturing one-day workshop, you'll experience:

The day is structured in two parts:

Gain clarity on what matters most and set intentions for the months ahead.
As with all CLUB CHI workshops, the day is interactive, welcoming and inclusive, whether you're completely new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice.
By the end of the day, you'll leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and inspired, with practical tools to support your wellbeing long after the workshop has ended π
