KIXX Martial Arts Club KIXX Martial Arts Club are the official representatives of Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan (and Wujiquan)-Chee Kim Thong UK/EUR [Han Jin Yuan].

Traditional kungfu, modern Wushu and Self-Defence catering for adults and children... Our Club is located in Granville Road, Maidstone, ME14 2BJ, and is promoting the learning of the Traditional Chinese Martial Arts for relaxation, fitness, health, self-defence, and a better sense of well-being. There is a recognised Instructor training program approved by Clubmark as a possible career path or as

a volunteer. All Instructors, Assistants and Volunteers are Enhanced DBS checked and qualified with regular opportunities to attend courses in their martial art, coaching, health and safety. The long-term aim of KIXX Martial Arts Club is to provide an environment for ALL to train in. Whether for serious martial artists or just for a hobby, everybody will be offered the same opportunities.

A Chinese Kung Fu course and grading took place for adults and children on Saturday the 9th May. The turn out was excellent and we had as many spectators supporting the event as students grading. Well done everyone !!!

Well done to those on todays Tiger Form course 👏👏👏

We managed to get most of the way through the form in 3½, tiring, hours (no breaks!). We used partners to explain the application and emphasis required for the form. Some of the key points for further practice will be; stances (correct & height), directions, hand shape(s), timing and foot work...

We will need to meet again to finish the form and reinforce what we've already done...

We thoroughly enjoyed a small Wushu Nanquan course at our club today. It's quite a few years since we competed but the 'urge' surfaced while we encouraged the very enthusiastic on the course.
