If you enjoy paddleboarding but want to feel more confident, improve your technique and learn the skills to get more from your time on the water, this is for you.

During the two-hour course you'll work on:

🏆 ACTION WATERSPORTS STAFF AWARDS 2026 🌊💙

Every summer gets busier, crazier and somehow even better than the last… and there’s one HUGE reason for that: our team.

So, for one night, the wetsuits and staff kit were swapped for something a little smarter as we got dressed up and celebrated the people behind another incredible season at the lake. 🥂✨

From the early starts and busy Bank Holidays to the laughs behind the scenes, helping each other out and giving our customers the best possible days on the water – it’s our staff who make Action Watersports what it is.

The Staff Awards are our chance to recognise all of that… with a few slightly less serious awards thrown in too. 😂🏆

We’re incredibly lucky to have such a brilliant lake family, and seeing the team grow, develop and make each season better than the one before is something we're very proud of.
