The session is tough but rewarding.All levels of fitness.The best way to get fit is outside in the fresh air.

Ok people new sessions for club members.swim sets First one is Wednesday 10am at Inspire 30 min session
Basic sets no complicated drills.
Second set will be Lea manor 6am day to be confirmed.

All sessions will be set ready for you.We will be doing them through out winter.
