LMS most Improved athlete of 2025

What a proud moment when young Hamza Joined LMS
his dream was to get strong.

Hamza was a shy kid barely weighed around 60kg had no confidence back then and his dream was to Squat 180kg
Bench Press 100kg.

We put him on a LMS transformation programme tailored to increase his weight and strength.

Fast forward a few years Young Hamza competed in his first Full Powerlifting Competition at LMS and absolutely smashed it.

Hamza hit 3 Personal Best with a 180kg squat Bench Press 112.5kg and finished with 185kg deadlift.

At LMS Iron Paradise Gym we create boys into real Men.

Hamza is not just stronger physically but mentally and spiritually Alhumdulillah.
