You’re losing weight but you still look the same in the mirror. Here’s exactly why.
The scale going down doesn’t mean anything if you’re not building anything underneath.
Too much cardio will make you smaller. It will not make you leaner. And there’s a massive difference between the two.
Without resistance training your body has nothing to build on. So all that cardio is just shrinking what’s already there, which is exactly why you still feel like s**t every time your shirt comes off despite putting in the work.
Stop the hour long cardio sessions. Start lifting weights a few times a week with some steady state cardio at the end. Pair it with a calorie deficit and enough protein and you’ll actually start building the shape you’ve been after instead of just getting smaller.
The longer you keep doing the same thing the longer you stay feeling the exact same.
