Each Warrior class includes exercises to strengthen the mind and body, drawing upon ancient techniques, visualisation and the practice of being present. There are 3 types of WARRIOR Method classes:

The changes the body goes through during pregnancy and birth
are massive. Your pelvic floor and transverse abdominals are weakened and stretched and these must be strengthened before you can ask your body to do more. These classes work the body from the inside out with gentle but effective exercises that repair the muscles, restore strength and retrain the way you move. Bring a mat. Challenge your body and mind with a combination of bodyweight exercises, natural movement, intensive stretches, mind games and more, to strengthen, tone and flex. Increase your energy and focus your efforts. Tuesdays (alternating) 7.15pm - 8.15pm, Highbury Fields
