Steps Performing Arts returns on Monday 7th September and this term is SHOW TERM!

The script is ready, the show has been cast and it’s going to be SO GOOD! This show has taken the longest to write out of any show and most definitely the hardest to cast 😅 🫠 But my goodness -the story , the ending, the characters the music ! - it’s going to be incredible and we cant wait to get started !

Scripts and the cast will be emailed next week.

Our story begins during the height of the Blitz in 1940, when a young girl named Flora Simcox mysteriously disappears from her home without a trace.

In the present day, we meet Jen: A teenager who is adjusting to life in a new home and a new school. While exploring her house, Jen stumbles across a dusty old movie projector hidden away in the loft.

As the screen flickers to life, Jen discovers she has access to a magical world called, the “Cine-verse”: A dazzling place where movies and unforgettable music come to life!

We follow Jen as she dances her way through iconic movies and some of the greatest film soundtracks of all time. However, is Jen a guest or a prisoner in this amazing place?

Can Jen and her friends uncover the truth of the Cine-verse and find a way back before the final curtain falls?
