After 12 years in advertising, Liz turned her lifelong passion for movement into a career. As a qualified Personal Trainer and Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor, she is passionate about helping clients move with confidence, focusing on technique, alignment and mindful movement.

Her teaching style combines precision, control and encouragement, with a focus on the small adjustments that can make a big difference. Liz aims to create a supportive space where clients can challenge themselves while feeling strong, balanced and connected to their bodies.
