Europeans 2026 is over and done for us now. This year, we had our largest ever team heading out to Lisbon. 12 people across our 4 affiliations, of which 5 were black belts. It was always going to be difficult, and there was a lot we could have done better in our preparation in the lead-up to the competition.

We had incredible wins on the mats and off the mats, painful and frustrating losses, but as always we take the lessons with us and look ahead to the next one.

Proud of everyone who took the leap of faith. Grateful for all the support from the rest of the team.

One last thing. We have a new masters black belt European champion in the house! So we managed 1 medal, at least 🥲😂

Thank you to everyone for your support for yet another year. Lots of progress made and we strive to continue the climb in 2026.
