Well done to the newies that came to class yesterday, you absolutely smashed it 💃

For eveyone else that's feeling nervous about taking part in an exercise class isn't uncommon, and news
flash... it's ok!🥰

If you've wanted to take the first step but
aren't sure how, come down to Hendon ((Bounce)) and chat with the instructor. You will be welcomed with a smiling face and an explanation of how things work 🙂.

If you turn up 10 minutes early they can talk you through how the class runs, some of our core moves, how to make the workout YOURS, with adaptations for each fitness level and answer any questions you may have 💜.

Even if you don't stay the whole time, and
even if you can't do a whole lot..just know
that step of putting your activewear on and
getting to class is enough.
