“My biggest piece of advice to anyone wanting to “feel strong” again, build back to where they were or find themselves post (anything) life altering, is, enjoy the bit between where you are and wherever you wanna go. I focus on how I wanna feel which means daily I make a choice. And I enjoy the small non linear increments of progress. Because it’s not the numbers you lift, but the tiny progressions that make for lots of growth.”

Pregnancy & post partum advice when it comes to lifting has been confusing to many mothers over the years and we are so glad the tides are turning and more and more women are understanding how lifting can prep you for pregnancy, child birth and life post partum.
