Let’s be honest

If your workouts feel tougher than usual, you’re not imagining it. Your body is working harder to keep you cool.

A few simple tips:
💧 Stay hydrated.
🧂 Top up your electrolytes.
👕 Wear light, breathable clothing.
⏰ Train in the cooler parts of the day if you can.

Most importantly, adjust your expectations.

Not every workout needs to be your best. Sometimes the biggest win is simply showing up.

Consistency isn’t built on perfect sessions—it’s built on the ones you nearly skipped.
