An excellent day today for our 🔺 contingent at the Central Region All Grades Course and Kata Squad Training under Sensei Frank Brennan (8th Dan) in Walsall.

Two very tough and demanding classes, especially the highly intense study of Kanku Dai in great depth and detail during the squad session.

Some of us have been training on these courses for years, but there is always so much to learn and so much to take home!

Well done to everyone who made the effort.

The final Central Region All Grades Course and Kata Squad Training of the year will take place at Lilleshall National Sports Centre on Sunday, 6th December.
