We train at the LJMU Sports Centre, L3 5RA, at the following times:

Tuesdays: 18:45 - 20:45
Fridays: 19:15 - 21:00

Your first session is FREE after that it's only a £15 SU membership until the end of the academic year, and £30 for your insurance to cover you to train for the entire year.

For movember this year with uol jitsu we will be doing 115 reps of of any exercise to represent the average su***de weekly rate in the uk according to champion health. This can be split, for example 30 press ups, 30 sit ups, 30 squats 25 burpees.
