That’s a wrap on P6’s brilliant 2025 / 2026 season.

The year was closed this morning with the usual minis family funday, that included some tightly contested touch matches, rugby tennis and rounders.

Graham, our head coach, thanked all the P6 squad for their continuous enthusiasm and commitment to their training and at matches. To finish the fun day, Graham announced the very difficult choices of the 2025/26 Player Awards!
* Player’s player: Gregor;
* Parent’s Player: Harry
* Coaches’ Player: Patrick.

Well done to the whole team, the strong family supporters and of course the superb Coaching Team!

From Linlithgow station, the journey began,
With excitement and pride in each parent and young man.

A piper played as they gathered near,
A stirring send-off, both proud and sincere.

Through London they travelled, then under the sea,
Onward to Plaisir, full of energy.
With coaches beside them, steady and true,
Guiding each and every moment, in all that they do.

They sang their anthems, voices strong,
A bond you could feel in every bit of their song.
Then onto the pitch, so close was the game,
A narrow win, an amazing victory all the same.

With spirits high after all they’d achieved,
They climbed high wires, both thrilled and relieved.

So a tremendous thanks to the coaches, for all that you’ve done,
For every young player, each and every one.
For the care, the time, and the chances you gave them.
And the special memories they’ll treasure and save.

For this wasn’t just rugby, or travel afar,
But moments that last, just as they are!
A lifetime of memories, proudly they’ll say,
Were made on that unforgettable trip away. 🖤♥️

On Saturday we followed our U15 boys that were selected for the Pathways Development Hub down to Gala RFC to watch them represent Edinburgh in a tournament against Borders, and East Lothian. They all played really well and we're so proud they've made it this far.
