We are so excited to be hosting our beautiful Pilates by the Lake evening ✨🌿🌅

Join us for 2 hours of pure relaxation and wellbeing in our beautiful countryside setting 🤍

✨50 minutes of Matwork Pilates led by MihakiPilates

🌙 Followed by a deeply relaxing Sound Bath led by Light of the Moon Sound Healing 🌙

Bring your girls and make it a little Friday night get-together or simply come along for some much needed time for yourself✨🫶🏻

A chance to switch off, reconnect with your body & mind, & prepare yourself for the week ahead surrounded by beautiful countryside views & the peaceful sound of the lake 🍃

⭐️ What do I offer? ⭐️ Fitness classes! 🥳 in addition to Personal Training, I also run fitness classes at The Studio. in Frolesworth.

🕰️ These classes are every Monday at 6:00pm & 7:00pm and Wednesday at 7:00pm 🏋️‍♂️

🏋🏽‍♂️ On Mondays we have ‘Strength Training
Circuits’ and on Wednesdays there is ‘Horse Rider Fitness’ (non-horse riders are very welcome to join). 🐴

💪 These sessions usually involve a full body circuit, with two stations for upper body, two for lower body, two for cardio, two for core, one chest and one back.

🤕 I can adapt stations if managing injuries, so you can still get your workout in.

"I've just learned to live with it..."

It's something I hear almost every week.

"My back has been like this for years."

The problem is that our bodies are very good at adapting. We change how we move without even realising it, and over time those compensations can lead to more pain, stiffness or recurring injuries.

Pain isn't something you have to simply put up with.

As a physiotherapist, I don't just look at where it hurts. I look at how your whole body moves, what might be driving the problem, and how we can help you get back to doing the things you enjoy with confidence.

I have appointments available this Saturday if you've been meaning to get that back, neck, shoulder, hip or knee pain checked.
