๐Ÿฅต HOT WEATHER SESSIONS ๐Ÿฅต I hope you all had a lovely bank holiday and are enjoying the sunshine?! โ˜€๏ธ if you are anything like me, you probably struggle with the heat and it doesnโ€™t motivate you to work out!

๐Ÿ˜Ž Thankfully my PT Studio stays nice & cool and with lots of fan power; we can maintain a comfortable temperature during your Personal Training sessions.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ In addition to this; I can adjust sessions to reduce the intensity, provide more rest breaks, reposition fans, fill up your water bottles, reduce the duration, focus on mobility, have a more theory based session around nutrition and exercise.

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ Classes - the same applies to my group sessions! Whilst The Studio does tend to be warmer, we can get some great airflow in the room or move the session outdoors if cooler. I will always adapt sessions to prevent everyone from overheating ๐Ÿฅต

Donโ€™t feel you have to miss your session because of the heat, we can always adapt โ˜บ๏ธ

Fun, friendly and supportive sessions offering a full body workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿด๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ HORSE RIDER FITNESS SESSIONS ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿด Come and join us for these fun fitness sessions, designed for horse riders! In these classes; we aim to improve riders strength, symmetry, balance, mobility, body awareness, endurance, stability and more!

๐Ÿ“† Mondays 8pm - 3 places available
๐Ÿ“† Wednesdays 7pm - currently fully booked

๐Ÿ’ƒ These sessions started as a fitness class, but became a supportive community where likeminded people get to chat about horses, make friends, support each other and be supported, challenge themselves, learn, improve their ability in the saddle, lift weights with confidence, see their strength grow each week, dance, smile, laugh, cheer, meet up outside of classes, go to events together, share life updates and fitness wins, plus so much more!

๐Ÿคธ In each session we work through a warm up, mobility session and then usually a circuit covering the full body; with targeted exercises for chest, back, upper body, lower body, core and cardio. At the end we have a good stretch off. As horse riders, we typically have various injuries and exercises can be adapted for individuals; so everybody can join in and benefit!

๐Ÿ‡ As a riding coach, personal trainer, biomechanics specialist, pilates instructor, horse rider and equestrian fitness coach; Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge to these classes; creating workouts for horse riders, helping individuals reach their full potential, adapting exercises for individual needs, improving form, aiding body awareness and more!

I offer these sessions for ยฃ10 (or ยฃ20 for a pair), so that you can come and see the PT studio, we can meet and get to know each other and you can get a feel for what a Personal Training session might look like for you ๐Ÿ‘Œ

โญ๏ธ JUST 10 MINUTES โญ๏ธ motivation to exercise can be difficult and I completely understand that! Due to ongoing back/hip issues and my recent house move, I had completely got out of the routine of doing my own training sessions - itโ€™s tough to balance everything and itโ€™s usually prioritising ourselves that gets dropped when life gets hard.

However, I also know my mind and my body are always happier when I exercise and so this week Iโ€™ve promised myself that Iโ€™ll get back to eating better and exercising more.

My energy isnโ€™t there at the moment and I donโ€™t want to put too much pressure on myself; therefore Iโ€™ve been focusing on more Pilates style workouts and resistance band exercises to ease myself back in, which is feeling great!

But itโ€™s also been hard to get going, so Iโ€™ve adopted the โ€˜Just 10 Minutesโ€™ approach, where I aim to do a little bit, so it doesnโ€™t feel like a huge task. Then 10 minutes becomes 20 minutes, then 30 minutes and before I know it; Iโ€™ve done 40 minutes or more!

โžก๏ธ For some these goals are sporting events such as running a half marathon, riding at a one day event, climbing a mountain or completing a tough mudder!
โžก๏ธ For many the goals are more around functioning for every day life; such as running around with the children/grandchildren, lifting the shopping bags, remaining independent in your own home, maintaining the garden.
โžก๏ธ For others, the goals are around weight loss, toning up, improving strength or rehabilitating from an injury or surgery, putting yourself first, learning new exercises, building confidence with exercise, social time.
๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Whatever your goals are, thatโ€™s what we work towards in your Personal Training sessions!

Hi everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹ Iโ€™m so sorry for being quite over here! The last couple of months have been full on, as I prepared to move house; but Otis and I are now at our new home and getting more settled each day. It has been a huge life change, but I am now closer to the studio which massively reduces the commute ๐Ÿฅณ

Thank you to everyone for their support, encouragement, offers of help, checking in with me, understanding when Iโ€™ve had to cancel or reschedule sessions - I appreciate each and every one of you ๐Ÿ™Œ and feel very lucky to have such wonderful clients! ๐Ÿ’“

I am fully back to work this week and have some availability for Friday sessions.
