PRO WRESTLING SEMINAR - Tony Wright

Saturday 16th May, 12-14:30pm, normal place.

Back by popular demand, we have another 2 and a 1/2 hour wrestling seminar with guest instructor Tony Wright.

'The Leading Man', Tony is a Manchester based wrestler who has wrestled for promotions including CAMP Wrestling, Fist Club, True Grit Wrestling and more. This seminar is LGBTQIA+ only and will be suitable for all abilities.

Have you always wanted to learn how to throw a punch, but are intimidated by most gyms? No need to worry with us!
Come and learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai at Bent. We focuson creating a fun, safe space where q***r folk feel welcomed.
Our fundamentals classes are taught by Bea, who has been training with us and at other gyms for a while and has recently made the step up to coaching. We think she's doing a fantastic job!

Come along and see for yourself on Mondays and Wednesdays. DM us for more details.

Learning new moves at our pro-wrestling sessions: Snapmare to basement dropkick.

Only tried a few times and they already look awesome! The hair flips also add to the overall effect. Do you want to learn how to throw down like a pro-wrestler?

In an effort to make ourselves more sustainable, and improve what we can offer the community we're going to be regularly hosting days to improve our space.

Every third Sunday of the month from 10am onwards.

Come along and clean, DIY, be together and have a laugh. Any questions give us a shout.
Be there. Or don't. We don't judge either way tbh.

In 2026 we're looking for QU**RS who want to start the new year right, make new friends and learn cool s**t!

So we're offering 50% off our membership prices for all new members this January! You can try out our self-defence, Muay Thai, submission grappling, pro wrestling and strength & conditioning classes, make some cool q***r mates and have fun in an inclusive environment.

Not only that, but everyone's first class is completely free, AND we never turn anyone away for lack of funds. There's no reason not to train with us!

We're offering an alternative to the bulls**t of fitness culture and cis/het-dominated gyms. We want you to learn how to move, fight and perform because you enjoy it - your body's already great as it is.

Great news! We are so pleased to announce we have been awarded funds from Sports England to support the development of new movement and fitness classes by and primarily for q***r disabled people!

This comes with an opportunity for a q***r disabled person to join our team - we will pay for you to receive a NVQ in gym instructing and support you to deliver a minimum of 3 months of classes.

If you identify as disabled and q***r and are interested, please message for details of how to apply.

Deadline for applications is 20/12/25.
