A little throwback to three years ago when Miss Siobhan and Miss Vikkie were completing their first aid training... because apparently we forgot to take a photo when we renewed our training last week! 😂
While the photo might be from 2023, the training definitely isn't!

Keeping our team trained and up to date is an important part of running our classes, alongside our safeguarding procedures, DBS checks and ongoing professional development.

Cartwheels, handstands, bridges and more... but there's much more to acro than learning impressive tricks!
At Vibe, our Acro classes combine elements of the Acrobatic Arts syllabus with IDTA examinations, giving dancers the opportunity to develop their skills through a structured programme of progression.

We focus on safe, gradual development, building the strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and body control needed for each new skill before moving on to the next challenge.
That means dancers aren't simply being asked to do a skill — they're learning the foundations that help them perform it safely and confidently.
As they progress, dancers can work towards increasingly challenging acro skills and have the opportunity to take IDTA examinations, celebrating their progress along the way 💜
Whether your child is completely new to acro or already loves being upside down, we'll help them develop their skills at a pace that's right for them.
