Fancy a new cockpit tent?

Among all the racing at Scottish Series, it was lovely to see this Elan GT6 in Tarbert wearing her new Saturn Sails cockpit tent ⛵️

From Great Harbour Yachts LLP , she made a pretty smart sight in the marina and was a nice reminder that the week is not only about what happens out on the racecourse 🌊

Whether it’s an easily assembled cockpit tent, cover, sprayhood, sail bag or other canvas work, each piece is made to suit the individual boat, with the fit and finish tailored to how she’s laid out and used.

Still buzzing after a brilliant Scottish Series!!

Close racing, great wind and sunshine!! Headline result has got to be Saturn Sails powered ‘Po’ who not only won the 707 class comfortably but won the overall trophy for best performing boat!!

So pleased for this family team who are only in their second season of sailing the 707!👏👏👏

On the eve of Scottish Series, the 2026 fleet list already points to a superb weekend of racing ahead in Tarbert.

IRC 1 looks set to be one of the standout fleets with 13 boats entered, including a tight pack of J/109s that should make every start, shift and boat length count. The Hunter 707 and Etchells one-design fleets add even more intensity, while IRC Coastal also has real depth and plenty to watch right across the handicap racing.

With a mixed forecast expected to bring a blend of dry spells, cloud and some rain, teams will need to stay sharp and adaptable from race to race on Loch Fyne.

We’re looking forward to being there across the weekend — best of luck to all crews from everyone at Saturn Sails.

We’re looking forward to another exciting week of racing and a great few days on the water.

A few of the Saturn Sails team will also be on site during the event, so whether it’s a question on rig or sail set up or just for a catch up, we’ll be there if needed!

It’s always one of the best events of the season, we know plenty of crews will be getting ready for the week ahead.

KIP regatta Round Up! ⛵️

A huge thank you to the Kip Marina team for another fantastic event at the Haven Knox Johnston Kip Regatta. What a brilliant start to the season!

We were delighted to see boats powered by Saturn Sails delivering strong results across the fleet — Salamander 1st in IRC 2, Banshee 1st in CYCA 1, Sloop John T 2nd in CYCA 1, and Farr E Nuff 2nd in CYCA 4.

Massive well done to all the crews, and here’s to keeping that momentum going through the rest of the season!

It’s been a long winter of race sail development, design and testing. We are looking forward to kicking off the race season this weekend at Kip Regatta and seeing some of our new sails in action!

Our goal: performance on the water.

This starts with understanding your boat, your crew, your racing programme, and the conditions your sail needs to perform in. From there, our team moves into design, material selection, and precision construction, creating sails built for shape, speed, control, and reliability when it matters most.

Our racing sails are designed for sailors who want more from every leg of the course, whether you’re competing at club level or pushing hard in a championship fleet.

⭐ Race Ready for Kip Regatta 2026 ⭐

Kip Regatta marks the start of the Scottish racing season.

The first major of the calendar is always a good test: boat speed, crew work, sail shape, trim and those small details that make a difference on the Clyde.

Good luck to everyone heading to Kip Marina. We’ll be watching the results.
