108 Sun Salutations For the Summer Solstice

Modifications can be made to the sun salutations to meet your own energy- step back, jump back or even do half sun salutations. Rest when you need to - flow when you’re ready.

Moving and breathing, honouring the sun and welcoming the changing of seasons as you glide into this moving meditation creating a sense of calm and unity.

S U M M E R S O L S T I C E
June 21st 2026
6.30 - 9am

Join me at to celebrate the Summer Solstice by moving through the traditional 108 Sun Salutations.

As the sun is slowly ascending into the summer sky, our bodies will move in unison through 108 Surya Namaskar - a moving meditation to build Agni ( heat/fire) in our bodies. A traditional yogic practice to honour the cyclic nature of life and to cultivate strength & presence in ourselves. Deeply resting in an extended savasana after our movement will encourage integration & reflection.

After our practice, I invite you to stay for a beautifully curated nutritious breakfast, refuelling for the day ahead.

Places are limited and the cost is £25 - you can book and pay directly by contacting myself (no booking fee) or book via the QR code or booking link in the post.

All equipment is provided and if the weather is nice we may have the opportunity to practice outside, so please dress accordingly.

Slowing down, letting go & creating space - working with the energy of the full moon - lots of forward folds to turn inwards, slow movement and longer holds.

Saturday 9.15am

Based on the Ashtanga primary series but this week REALLY slowed down - really feeling & being present in the poses as we hold for longer. Twists & folds being the physical focus of the practice.

All classes are booked directly with the venues but please feel free to contact me for more details. Drop in prices vary from £5 to £14 per class.

Playing & exploring, building strength & refining technique.
Ashtanga Style class this Saturday we will be playing around with jumps - in our Sun salutations and jumping through to the seated asana. A fun class to build strength & awareness of how our body can move - no pressure, just the space to play and explore.

All levels welcome.

Thanks to Kathryn for inspiring this class as she wanted to build her confidence in jumping in her sun salutations. I’ve really enjoyed playing around & planning this session. 🙏🏻

First look today at the STUNNING new studio

I’ll be teaching here early Saturday mornings (8.15-8.15am). Early morning is THE most perfect time to practice yoga - the classes will a balance of yin & yang; movement & stillness; Strength & stretch, leaving you feeling energised, focused & rejuvenated.

Wellness memberships are £50 per month for unlimited Yoga & Pilates classes but for only an extra £15 per month you can get FULL membership - Yoga, Pilates, open gym AND group training classes - all this for £65 per month.
