A quick update for all my clients 🙌

After 7 years of personal training, I’ve made the decision to adjust my session price from £20 to £25 per session.

This hasn’t been an easy change, as I’ve always tried to keep my sessions as accessible as possible. However, with years of experience, continued learning, and the quality of service I aim to provide, it’s a necessary step moving forward.
Gym memberships will remain the same at £35 per month.
This change will come into place on April 13th. Any Sessions paid for before this date will be charged at my current rate.

I’m incredibly grateful for all your continued support over the years it genuinely means a lot. 💪

This month we’re putting your legs to the test… it’s time for the WALL SIT CHALLENGE 🧱🔥

Think you’ve got what it takes? 👀
All abilities welcome, whether it’s your first try or you’re chasing a personal best, this one is for EVERYONE 🙌

🏆 The goal: Hold the longest wall sit time
🔁 Unlimited attempts: Keep coming back and improving
💪 All levels: Beginners to advanced everyone’s in the mix

📏 Rules:
• Back flat against the wall at all times
• Knees at roughly 90 degrees (thighs parallel to the floor)
• No hands on legs or pushing off knees
• Time stops if form breaks (knees rise/drop, back leaves wall)

Push yourself, support each other, and let’s see who can top the leaderboard 👊
Get involved, give it your best shot, and most importantly… HAVE FUN 🔥
