No training tonight as it’s bank holiday and it was a busy weekend!

Sometimes life gets in the way. The team are made up of;

🌟 People who travel to us
🌟 Injured or poorly

And remember it is the summer holidays and the weather has been insanely hot ☀️

Sometimes we simply don’t have the numbers for a training session but we are all still about and giving it our best shot.
